Returns , Exchange&Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for image differences, size changes, size exchanges, color changes, etc. due to customer's convenience. Please check the size carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please feel free to contact us. Also, the color of the actual product may differ slightly from the picture. We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer's reasons such as wrong picture, wrong size, etc. Basically, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any refunds. All sales are final.

Product Delivery Time

* Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that this product is ordered overseas and will be ordered and shipped on days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If the factory is closed, delivery will be delayed.
